Pack and Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and place your items in their original packaging, ensuring the box is securely taped before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 7-10 business days.
